Principal

Tom is a Principal at CW Settlements, with over 20 years of experience in the structured settlement industry. His expertise in Settlement Planning has allowed him to assist thousands of clients over his career with customized plans to help realize their financial goals and objectives. His extensive knowledge of structured settlements, government benefits and litigation makes Tom one of the most trusted experts to take on any case, regardless of complexity.

He graduated from Duke University with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and received the designation of Certified Structured Settlement Consultant through the National Structured Settlements Trade Association (NSSTA) and the University of Notre Dame.

Rimon Bebawi

Rimon entered the Structured Settlement industry in 2015 specializing in structuring cases and consulting on preserving Government benefits, Medicaid Set-Asides, analysis of Life Care Plans and maximizing yield while minimizing taxes through deferral for non-qualified cases and Attorney Fees. His needs-based approach and compassion to assist clients has proven to be successful. Prior to joining CW Settlements, Rimon began his career assisting employees with their Health & Life benefits as well as their company offered retirement plans for a Fortune 500 company and for a privately-owned Sports and Fashion firm.

Rimon is a John Carroll University alumnus. He enjoys spending his time on Lake Erie boating and wake surfing as well as staying up to date with the latest trends in the food scene.

Justin Moseley, CSSC

Settlement Planner

Justin has worked in the settlement planning industry since 2006 when he graduated from Kent State University. He works with attorneys and their clients to resolve medical malpractice, wrongful death, personal injury and wrongful imprisonment cases. Justin has a deep understanding of government benefits and special needs trusts and his clients appreciate his active role in the settlement process. He also helps his attorney clients mitigate taxes and establish future tax-deferred income through attorney fee structures. Justin takes pride in providing claimants with a secure financial future after a tragedy has occurred.

Justin holds the Certified Structured Settlement Consultant (CSSC) designation from the National Structured Settlements Trade Association (NSSTA) at Notre Dame. He is life insurance licensed in states across the country. Justin lives near Columbus, Ohio with his wife and two sons and coaches youth baseball.

Dina Nesci

Case Manager

Dina brings over a decade of case management and settlement planning experience to CW Settlements. Since becoming a case manager in 2007, she has developed extensive knowledge of the industry that helps guide our clients through the settlement process. Throughout her career as a case manager, her ingenuity and work ethic have proven to be extremely valuable in ensuring that our client’s best interests are fulfilled. Prior to her work as a case manager, Dina spent 15 years at a major law firm.

Born and raised in Western Massachusetts, Dina earned her BS from Westfield State University. She became a Certified Paralegal upon moving to Buffalo, NY where she continues to live and roam with her husband, daughter, and extended family.

Shannon Doyle

Administrative Assistant

Shannon Doyle is the Administrative Assistant for CW Settlements. Her primary responsibilities include supporting the settlement consultants and front office operations.

Ms. Doyle is an alumna of John Carroll University where she earned a bachelor’s degree in Sociology. She has over six years of experience in administration, development, event planning and marketing for various local nonprofit organizations. In her free time, Shannon serves as Board Chair for Larchmere PorchFest, a local music festival on Cleveland’s east side. Having grown up in New Jersey, Shannon now calls Ohio City home.
